Gary Foster, a talented, skilled and prolific carver with a large body of work for sale, has earned 1sts, 2nds, & 3rds in numerous categories at Sorrento woodcarving competitions.

With chainsaw, dremel detailing, and great imagination, Foster gives wasted wood a second life. Initially, large logs are lifted out by helicopter from burn areas to later become 4.5 to 12-foot tall cedar carvings. He creates larger-than-life figures--"Standing People".
