That's a great shot. The building is remarkably well lit given the condition of the sky, but it's the contrast between that dark, rain-heavy cloud and the light of the building that makes it so striking. The architecture and street furniture is essential London. I also like the splash of light from the Moss Bros shop lights which further enhance the contrast of light levels through the image.
