The vibrant wildness of a sudden storm…

Nyon - Vaud (Switzerland)

We all agree that the quality of this photo is at the most average level of a casual snapshot. The matter is that I had not planned to take any photo, I was working when suddenly all the windows of the troglodytic cave started slamming enthusiastically and a kind of huge shower began to sings its liquid song on the roof tiles.
“Oh quickly, I have to rush upstairs to close the windows in the roof…”
And this is what I saw.
All at once in unexpected harmony, sunlight, rain, dark clouds, blue sky and a rainbow.
It’s obvious that I seized the first camera I could find around and I tried to capture the image. The result is not what it should have been and a camera cannot record the wind well enough, but it was a very pleasant moment; in five minutes all was over.
No rain, no rainbow, no bright sun, just a common banal light.

All the photos of this series, which should be considered a homogenous work, compose a visual description of my very personal idea of summer. Each photo is posted on the same day it’s taken, they have all square format.
You might see also the others, if you have time.
