A few days ago I took the photo of the detail of the knocker on my mother’s-in-law door.
It appeared maybe a little pompous,
so it deceived some of my few kind visitors
and they thought it might belong to a sumptuous manor,
instead of an unpretentious country cottage.
This morning I took a photo of the little house in the whole…
All the photos of this series, which should be considered a homogenous work, compose a visual description of my very personal idea of summer. Each photo is posted on the same day it’s taken, they have all square format.
You might see also the others, if you have time.
What a charming home! I say 'home' instead of house because it looks cozy and inviting and in a beautiful area...and well loved, therefore a "home". Very interesting to see what 'the rest of the story' with the knocker is. I think this Home is very worthy of the beautiful knocker. It says "we are rich in love and family and friends". :)
