Rules are made to be broken, particularly if I can fix or create them by myself.
So as exception to my own rule (which would confirm it, I suppose) I feel like posting two photos for today, instead of the usual single one.
Summer had decided to disturb me in the most annoying way, producing its most unbearable weather, hot, humid and airless.
You know what I mean, someone might even like it, when all is motionless and air seems even thick.
Dead calm.
I climbed on the roof of my protective troglodytic cave to share my suffocating melancholy with the sailing boats, which were trapped down in the lake, practically unable to move.
A sailing boat without a little wind is like a bird without wings.
But I feel in good mood and positive. I like my troglodytic cave with a view and I know tomorrow it will rain…
All the photos of this series, which should be considered a homogenous work, compose a visual description of my very personal idea of summer. Each photo is posted on the same day it’s taken, they have all square format.
You might see also the others, if you have time.
