A little mystery, more imagined than real...

La Rochelle (France)

A little mystery more imagined than real for a night walk over the ramparts.

We cross shadows which are not menacing,
but speak an ancient language.

Too much is missing...the wind is teasing.

The lighting in this is amazing. It leads your eye right down the alley where we see a figure. It has kind a mysterious mood to it. Really well done. ~V~

A lovely shot Marisa; the pockets of light make me search within the frame for each detail. This picture could accompany a Sherlock Holmes story.

Dark and mysterious it may be but there is a hint of welcoming light in the distance. Excellent exposure and composition.
