This obvious storytelling ;-), but it must be telling part of the photographer's story as well, as all photo's do one way or another.

Actually this reminds me more of Dorothy's ruby slippers of the Wizard of Oz, but Dorothy OR Cinderella,it's a lovely and intriguing image. That red really pops with the contrast against the old woodgrains.
