There's no colour manipulation in these pictures and the white balance is OK.
The flower bank is so big and the light so intense that the color of the
flowers influences everything included the green stems.

There is a classical russian folk art called 'Gzhel' - some kind of painted ceramics, often in the same blue-white tonality, with patterns of flowers - this compositions reminds me it.
