Common Name: Seep Monkeyflower, Common Western Monkeyflower
This is the normal form of M. guttatus. While we don't have the common and classic form found in California (2 flowers per multiple leaf-pair) ours are generally tall robust plants that have >3-5 large flower and/or flower buds from multiple leaf pairs. Found in low to mid-elevations.
(The specimens found in west North Cascades and east Olympics were all at the same elevation ~4,000 ft. and possible hybrids).
