Heracleum maximum

Common Names: Cow Parsnip, Indian Celery, Pushki

Note very large maple like toothed leaves (large versions of Valeriana sitchensis). 3 - 7 ft. tall with white flowers either rounded or flat. Hollow slightly hairy stems. Grows in moist areas from low to high elevations.
