Common Name: Wenatchee Thistle
ENDEMIC

This is one of three C. edule varieties.

Note single flower head at top of stem, only moderate webbed hair (arachnoid) below flower (Involucres) and leaves spreading flat. Found only in the Wenatchee Mtns. Likes wet soils.
