My husband & I were fortunate enough to visit Wadi Rum way back in 1999 - one of the highlights of our o/s trip! We slept under the mighty starry sky on the roof top - your photos capture the magnificence of this area perfectly...well done, & thankyou for sharing them!

On my journey by Jordan my camera got broken. Do you understand, what these marvelous photos mean for me? These are the most beautiful pictures, which I found in the InterNet. I congratulate and thank cordially.

How come that the bare rough edges and the copper hues seem now much more appealing than the greenly hills and the smooth contours! Must be the beauty of the earth and the merit of the talent.

Thank you Tabitha for your comments. The desert has a unique charm and vivid personality, quite different from other landscapes and urban areas. I tried to bring out some of the awesome beauty and colorful scenery found in Wadi Rum.

Wow, these are some amazing scenes. I really like the face rock but the picture of the vulture is amazing too! Thanks for sharing!
What beautiful pictures of that beautiful place. I visited Jordan last year, and found it to be a very special country. Wadi Rum touched my soul, and I think of it often. thank you for sharing.
My friend just returned from Jordan and told me it has the least amount of water per capita of any country. Reminds me of Arizona. Thanks for this and your other galleries capturing the beauty of this desert land.
