Well, you can't have sunshine all the time! This 7 mile walk, takes in two major Wensleydale attractions.....Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle. We started this walk at the Castle Bolton junction just west of Redmire, on the Redmire - Carperby road.


The reasoning behind being out on such a bleak day, is that waterfalls are seen at their fullest and best in winter. Though, try to pick a brighter day than we did! Man, it was cold.....
