Bread run

Ireland is braced for Storm Eowyn, forecast to be the severest storm in living memory.
Naturally everyone decided they had to buy bread.
We've got our phones, laptops and power banks charged, candles and torches to hand, and plenty of food that doesn't require cooking (including bread!)

The footage of the storm and damage looks awful. Hoping you are okay !!

this image certainly tells a story of emergency buying, just as well with the dire peril pending overnight....best of luck to you Mairead...stay home and safe..

I hope all goes well. It sounds frightening. Nice documentary photo of the effects of the impending storm. V

Woah. I just looked that up. 130 km/h winds inland does not sound like fun at all. The predictions of what is going to happen to the electricity grid also sound grim. Stay safe and well, and I'll see you on the other side.

Great shot. Looks like it does here when a snowstorm is forecast. V.
