I like the arrangement here; the space between the items is as important as the items themselves in conveying the vibe. It's a very "Anglo" breakfast though. I've become partial to smashed avocado with crumbled feta cheese on sourdough toast with a couple of poached eggs. I had it in a cafe by the beach a few weeks ago and took some shots of it intending it to be a PESO. (Yes, I'm still doing them.) However the hellishly hot sunlight on the beach compared with the shade of the cafe balcony was just too much dynamic range for the E-M1 to handle, and breaking waves are not helpful for HDRs. At least this breakfast conjures up the vague and atrophying memories that I have of winter breakfasts. (We had our first night under 20 degrees for three weeks last night. It'll probably be the last one for a while too.)
