Except that you hate the rapidly shortening days and the cold weather and the snow and the ice and the slush and the dark that starts at this time of the year. It ALMOST balances out! This arrangement bothers me; not in a bad way (I do like it), but rather it reminds me of some image that I've seen before which is one of those "on the tip of my tongue but can't quite get to it" way.
