Watch out for fake Manuka's which have flooded the UK market I hear. I love porridge too. I like to add dried Craisins and as my mother always did a tiny dab of butter once cooked, stirred through with the honey or raw sugar before adding cold milk....it's 6 am and I've made myself hungry :)) Happy Easter, Mairéad !!
I've yet to start on those. I prefer less milk though; thick and gluggy works for me. Glad to see you savouring the Antipodean delights of Manuka honey, whether Australian or New Zealand; it has some good antibacterial properties, apparently.
