I've noticed quite a lot of butterflies in the garden this summer, mostly whites who flutter by so quickly that I don't have a chance to snap them.
A beautiful Peacock paid a very brief visit last week and today a pair of Small Whites had a rest of some dandelion heads which had popped up in the lawn.
They had gone by the time I got my camera but I was pleased to get this Speckled Wood instead.
