I know it's Spring when the newborn lambs appear in our neighbour's field.
This little newborn was just finding its feet under the watchful eye of mum this morning.

fresh and scrawny, in the apparent damp yon lamb could do with a woolly coat fairly soon...the little gamboller looks flush for Spring though..
