Follow Behind

I was hoping that our neighbour's new sheep, with their golden fleece, would pose for me.
Instead they set off in the opposition direction, one following behind another.

Great golden light and excellent composition. Good timing to get this as well! V.

perhaps they are tired of the attention their richly coloured coats attract..

They are a splendid colour. Sheep are not known for being helpful though are they!?

You still got a very nice image of this herd of very wooly sheep. I like seeing them in their natural environment. V.

Sheep can be photographically cooperative sometimes.
Compared to *cats* they can be photographically cooperative sometimes.
But in general, not so much.
Still, the relatively low angle of the light shows off the golden fleeces quite well. Jason and his buddies will be along shortly.
