The poppies are appearing in the corn field so it must be summer?
Most days it doesn't feel like it with cool wet and unsettled weather.

I like the amount of sharp detail on this; not only the "hairs" on the poppy stem but also on the grass to the right. The DOF pulls the flower out from the background quite well.
