The advantage of not getting paid for doing overtime is that I get time off in lieu
which usually means that I get one Friday off every month. Today was my
March Friday and luckily the sun was shining. Had a leisurely day and took
Fudge to the beach at Gyles Quay. He enjoys going into the water although
he has yet to start swimming.

Blimey, it seems only yesterday that he was a little scamp of a pup! He's a fine fellow now though! LOL@JJ :o)

I'm always a sucker for a shot of a dog. Fudge looks great against that gray rock and the blue water. When it gets a little warmer just throw his ball out and I'll bet he will swim out to get it.

He'll soon be comfortable as a fish in there. He sure got to be a big dog!

Can't believe how big he is getting! Not so much a puppy as a dog now. And very beautiful he is too. Also, a lovely composition. V

I can't even begin to figure what that expression means, unless it's just "I got my whiskers wet". Although it's a pretty limited range of colours, there's a good saturation to each one that's there. Again excellent sharpness on his coat and also on the rock.

Swimming is natural for dogs - once he realizes how fun it is, he'll not come out of the water.

Awwww ~ I think he'll be a natural in the water! :)

Do you want Ozzy to come and give him some lessons? He had the best teacher.
