So Sweet

Couldn't resist this sweet little lamb today - such a shame it has to
grow up and turn into a sheep. A bit like babies really. My 'lamb'
turned 16 today. Where did the years go?
Thanks to everyone who viewed, commented and voted for my

I"m also anxiously awaiting my first lamb ever - counting sheep every morning to see if there are new arrivals. I"ve tentatively decided to build the flock by keeping all the girls and just sending the boys to the freezer. Faces like this make it a hard decision... - they'll have a short but happy life, - not ready to be vegetarian yet....- dear little thnigs... - can't have several males in the paddock .....

Well, it doesn't HAVE to grow up into a sheep, I can think of other outcomes which involve gravy and baked potatoes... but I have to admit that it would be hard to implement that outcome based on this very tender image. (No, really, I didn't mean "tender" in that way. Oh dear, what time is lunch?)
