The Rose

Cynical and all as I might be about the commercialism of St Valentine's Day
(see my Feb 14th post), I do like to get a bouquet of flowers. And it
provided me with a handy PAD shot at lunch time,

Sorry, I'm just getting a mental image of hubby presenting you with flowers, and you saying "Oh thank you darling, they're a lovely PAD subject!" before whipping out the D90 and firing away. Not that we photographers are single minded or anything... Good use of shadow in this one to really bring out the petal shape.
