Hanging the Pheasant

It's customary, I believe, to 'hang' a pheasant for several
days before cooking.
This, however, is Fudge's pheasant, hung out to dry after
a much needed wash.

I can imagine him having heaps of fun with that one. Not sure that it would be all that tasty, though...
