Room with a View

I don't usually post SPs but it is Friday afterall, even if this wasn't taken today, as
I'm slowly catching up with my PAD and going through the 400+ images I took
on holiday.
To see some of them in my new Tuscany gallery

This was the view from the veranda of our apartment in Lucca with the Tower Guinigi and
its oak tree in the background

A super setting for a SP Mairead; lovely to see you looking relaxed and happy above most of the rooftops ... that is, excepting the incredible Tower with Oak Tree atop! ~V

There's something wrong with the composition here, shouldn't you have a glass and a half empty bottle of wine on the table? ;-)

Usually you're just a reflection in a gardening centre window. 8^> I like the way you've captured the roof tiles here; in some ways they hark back to the glory days of Rome.

ciao Mairead..you are looking relaxed in Lucca..love the scattering of roofs and the oak tree on the tower...if you come back here in autumn it could be raining acorns..

Great view and SP, 400 nots bad, I am usually over 1000 on holidays, most get deleted.

Is that a tree growing out of the distant tower??? Lovely shot over the rooftops, I bet you enjoyed yourselves!!
