It is said that every picture tells a story.
There are many pictures of lovely cups of frothy coffee
all over Pbase, telling stories of friendly moments or
of espressos taken to instil that extra burst of energy.
This healthy carrot, apple and ginger juice is my current
attempt to wean myself away from my coffee habit.
I am fortunate that one of my favourite café bars has also
a healthy juicing and smoothies bar where everything is
freshly prepared from organic materials.
