Dancing raindrops in the carpark

A treat in a local restaurant was delayed
as we negotiated our path through the dancing
raindrops in a shower that fell like knitting needles
through an unseasonable September temperature of 20C.
Just as well I wasn't wearing the dress I posted a few days ago:

it takes a bright optimistic spirit to see these raindrops as dancing...today the weather here is just like this..and I have so far been hiding away from the mini-monsoon...perhaps it's time to pull on the wellies and venture out into the falling damp...V

Yes, I know this sort of rain well. Good shutter exposure time; enough to pick up the details of the drop impacts.

The idea of taking an image of the bouncing rain drops is really good and the photo conveys actually a meteorological feeling.
