This is one of my oldest cookbooks,"First Slice Your Cookbook", by Arabella Boxer. I bought it many years ago with multiple preciously hoarded booktokens, as it cost about the price of a good meal out for two. It is one of the most reliable books in my kitchen library, with simple and very tasty recipes and menu ideas.
