How "crop-factors" affect reproduction ratio

A quick and dirty test run, showing what difference the digital body used makes in Macro photography (if you want to call it a "difference" at all).

The first shot is from a Nikon D2 body with a Vivitar Series 1 105mm lens set to 1:1.
The second shot is from an Olympus E1 body with exactely the same lens, set up identically!

For reference, the third shot is from a Sigma SD-10 body with a 180mm lens set to 1:1

Please note, that NO attention was payed to the overall appearance of the shots (hence the distinct difference in tonality)
