It lies at the end of Calle Obispo (Bishop Street), across Monserrate Street from the The National Museum of Fine Arts of Havana (Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de La Habana). La Terraza, Cojimar
Hemingway’s favorite table at La Terraza
"The story goes that Ernest Hemingway liked to sit at the corner table overlooking the bay off the northern coastline of Cuba and drink an oversized daiquiri. Not a bad idea, really. Sun streams in through the open-windows of this tourist hotspot, while musicians roam the restaurant strumming traditional Cuban music."

La Terraza, Cojimar
Ernest Hemingway lived in Cojimar for some years and this was his favorite restaurant there, as evidenced by the many pictures of the American author here, including one with Fidel Castro. In one of the pictures, you can see Gregorio Fuentes, the model for the fisherman in The Old Man and the Sea.
