This area can get really windy in storms. It sits about 100 feet up over Lake Monona and is subject to wind from nearly all directions. Artists say it's a good spot..since it's right at the end of the line, and people turn around and walk back, sometimes hitting the same booth twice. The light is also very good up here...but on a hot day with no breeze the sun can be very warm.
