Whats odd, on a closer look, it almost looks like a building inside a building. Seems those are columns holding an outside roof, where the glass comes down from to encase the entire inner building. Also, don't see many windows inside looking through, only open space it the walkway in the lower section. Pretty cool design after all, and might be pretty efficient after all.
I think window washing in this city would be a good trade. It seems 1/2 the new buildings are glass. I prefer brick, but oh well. A person would think the maintainance on these glass buildings, and the energy costs would be higher than some forms of construction.
