OK I like cats but likewise I'm a dog guy too...but we don't have so many cats 'cause I think the coyotes scare them off...and maybe eat them. It used to be a tremendous problem here too, but the coyotes I think have fixed it. We even had female coyotes at our back fence, looking for our male dogs (and not even dark yet!). I live on the edge (of town) hahaa. I took some these pics through the patio door glass, and at full extension was too close for focus, so I backed it off a bit, right to where it either focused, or could get the whole bird in frame (can't remember which)...and left it there. Yeah that's a bit of a weird mm, I looked at some others and they were odd mm too. hahaa.

Nice Gallery Barri,
Okay, I'm gonna admit it.. I haven't been back and bought food for the
little guys in awhile. so I don't deserve bird pics, Good reminder! Now, I
have the problem of what to do about all the stray cats that go after them
when I do feed them. I'm a dog person, but I hate the thought of trapping
knowing what happens when I carry them to animal control. It's a terrible
problem we have here. Oh well, love the pics and thanks.

Oh.. a question for you though...
How the heck do you hit the Same mm on your lens so often? 300 I can see, but 213! LoL
