No idea why I haven't commented on this long ago, but it's always a treat when you add to this gallery and I come by and see it again. I would imagine your eyes popped when you first saw it! I think thats probably the one thing I miss most about shooting film, those rare times when something extra special happens and the first view remains in our memory for years. It's a stunning shot, thanks for sharing.

Swans are very beautiful...almost hard to take a bad shot of them. I was very lucky to get this kind of contrast. With a digital I could have seen it, but was very surpized when my prints came back...I can still remember that.

Thanks Eric. If I remember this shot for some reason came out very highly contrasted...there were only a few sparkles of light on the water in the orig. ( I did remove them in PS they were in a distracting area) but the water was very, very dark...I don't think I could duplicate this shot.
