The upper tier really suffers from foreshortening in this picture. It's actually somewhere around 100 feet tall. It kind of reminded me of North Fork (Smith River) Falls. I was attempting to get a closer look, but I ended up turning around when I found myself walking on a small slanted ledge of wet leaves next to the pool above this tier. I wasn't really in the mood to take a ride over the edge. I think that it might have been possible to find a way to get through further up the hillside.
