Yale University hosted the 2007 Volleyball Classic in New Haven at the John J. Lee Amphitheater. The field of four included No. 2 ranked Stanford and No. 3 ranked Penn State along with Yale and Delaware State. The Stanford Cardinal won the tournament in a closely contested final match (3-2) against Penn State. Yale placed 3rd.

The overall play was outstanding. Featured here are the outside hitters that included All Americans Megan Hodge (Penn State), Nicole Fawcett (Penn State), Cynthia Barboza (Stanford) and Foluke Akinradewo (Stanford), as well last year's Ivy League Rookie of the Year, Alexis Crusey (Yale).
