High School Classmates Rod And Jeff moved to Page Az. and Lake Powell shortly after high school. Jeff bought this flat bottom boat with a Ford 427 motor and show here " Testing It Out " a bit. Soon , he had my other buddy Rod up sking behind it at,,,say 80 mph!!! Amazingly, both this friends are still alive today and this bad scan of an even worse, blurry Kodak 110 photo is all I have and a few memories of that wild 1980 vacation. In the early daysm there was little law inforcement down at Lone Rock and someone would need to be almost dead before anyone would ever show up. Stove Dates About 1940 ( Though Using a 1981 fuel tank till original is fixed ) Cast Iron Fry Pan Is About 1900 With Heat Ring Around Bottom With A Big " ERIE " ANd "8 " On Bottom Side. ( Made By Griswold in Erie PA Who sold out in Dec. 1958 To Wagner. 70 Year Old Stove, 100 Plus Year OLd Pan,,, LIfe Is Good,,,,
