Ardenvoir Local " The Late Tom Allen " Holding Last Remaining Stock Of BuckHorn Beer

Ardenvoir, Washington

Ardenvoir in the old " Mill Days " was the " Buckhorn Capital Of The World ". In fact at the Cooper Cafe you can still order a round of " Dollar Beers ". Hamms, Rainier ,etc. Buckhorn was made by Olympia Beer in Tumwater Wash. and was cheaper because of no advertising. Adervoir Cafe is a great place to order a beer, give your option of world problems, or just hang with great locals!!! ( Tom is one of the great " Old Timers " of mill camp ( as it is called ) who keeps the roads plowed in the winter with his old tractor. Everyone helps their neighbors in a small community. I think much of America has lost that,,,, ( P.S. one third of all locals in Ardenvoir are named " Tom " )
