Hope he gets permision first!! ( Or The " Stampede Committee " will send him a " Nasty Gram "... As far as a know, it's is ok for a photographer in a public place , even a pro sporting event to shoot photos for their " Own " use or for an Editorial,,,, like a website or newspaper if you don't plan to profit from it.. or show them in a bad light. This website, has over 1,500,000 hits to their Stampede's 52,000 or so,,,, maybe sour grapes on their part..... Who knows...
