Roslyn Cafe mural was an icon for 1980's T.V. Series Northern Exposure about a small town in Alasak which was really filmed in Roslyn Washington

Seeing this was like meeting an old friend again. Northern Exposure was one of my favourites. The suburb I live in in Dunedin New Zealand is also Roslyn. Thanks for the memories and the view through your gallery. Regards John

My friends and I used to go to Roslyn, mainly to go to the Brick well before Northern Exposure existed. The town is great and it was fun to watch it on TV.
An interesting note: If you watch the show (out on DVD's) you'll notice that in the picture above, there's an an 's to make it Roslyn's Cafe. It was a paper 's. Just a little tid bit from behind the scenes.
