Shelter was built in honor of 16 year old girl who perished here from hypothermia and served as a great emergency shop in middle of the goat rocks. ( Shelter was tore apart by Forest Service in early 1980's say's it wasn't natural and " Out Of Place"... Bad call Forest Service!!!!
