One of my most " Coldest Nights Ever " in the backcountry as I arrived at 7:20p.m. in near dark at the lakes after a 9 hour grind hiking /climbing. No time to cook, just pitched by " Summer Tent " as fast as I could in a biting wind. I shivered for an hour before I got warm, then worried all night the tent may not hold up in the wind.. In the morning and wind dyed a bit and temp. raised above freezing,,
