Govan Is A Small Ghost Town In Central Washington Near US Highway 2 . Govan is named after a Railroad Eningeer named Van who liked to " Go" fast, thus he was nick named " Go-Van". The School House Is The Main Reason To See The Ghost Town And Maybe Get To Meet O.J. Bagly Who Has Been Here All His 85 Years And Attended School In The OLd "Clapboard" School House.
