Here we are entering Charles Fort. Built in the 1670's to guard Kinsale Harbor.
It is considered one of the best preserved star-shaped forts in all of Europe.
Mid-distance is an eastern point of Castlepark. In the far distance (some 10km) are eastern points on Oldhead.
