Food 7079238

Makes a great appetizer: Cut 12 jalapeño lengthwise, and remove seeds and membrane.
Put a bit of parmesan cheese in the pepper, and wrap it in a thin slice of salami.
Use a toothpick to hold it all together in a neat roll. Put on a medium barbecue for about 12-15 minutes,
until the cheese is melted and the salami is somewhat crisp. In fact, it's such a great appetizer
that the four times I've made them, my wife and I haven't eaten anything else for supper.
