HairLight 2020392

A simple jig (details in the next picture) clamped to my router table ensured a nice round circle cut from 1/4" plywood
(although 3/8" or 1/2" would do equally well--whatever you have on hand). I rough-cut the circle on my band saw first,
then trimmed it with the router, but you could actually skip the band saw and plunge rout the circle directly on this jig.
The pivot is a 1/4" dowel inserted into a hole in the jig. Remember to turn the plywood in a clockwise direction.
The routing can be done either before or after mounting the hold-down brackets; I did mine before but forgot to photograph until after.
