A day of few photos and tons of emotions. My Mom-in-Law and I managed to surprise my hubby with her appearance (she'd never seen him perform at faire before!), despite my locking myself out of the house and having to kick in the door before rushing to the airport to get her.

Queen Anne's Lace and several friends helped keep the surprise a secret and then helped spring it on him quite successfully. There was shock, silence (which is amazing if you know my hubby!), tears, hugs, and then the inevitable question from The Gypsy King: "Is my eyeliner running?" *grin*

A good, if emotionally exhausting, day.
