One of the easiest things in the world to make for the holidays is chocolate bark. I made several kinds this past holiday season, using dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. The key is to have one crunchy element and one chewy element go into each bark (like slivered almonds and cranberries, for instance). Easy to make, people enjoy it, great for gift giving. These are a few of the pieces that we kept out of each batch for our own enjoyment!
