Otto's is a local barbecue restaurant.
On Saturday nights, the car clubs, along with other hobbyists meet on the outside patio to enjoy a cold beverage and talk "cars".
The lot is filled with antique cars, muscle cars, and brand new cars with interesting customizations.
You never know what you'll find.
